About the product

Refillable scented candle made of wax from organic soy. Bastu is the Swedish word for sauna, a tradition which represents a process of renewal. Inspired by the multi-sensory power of this experience, L:a Bruket crafted a new scent: Bastu. Through notes of scorched cedar wood and pine tar, a warm olfactory scene is revealed, where steam blends with a hint of fresh birch leaves.

The candle is filled by hand in a mouth blown tinted amber glass.

Burn time: 45 hours (260g)

Fantastic, warm scent

This candle is by far my favorite scent, and I have to agree with the other reviewer about wearing it as a perfume as well. The aroma reminds me of incense and pine, it’s subtly sweet, spicy, warm and complex. Absolutely beautiful any time of year and especially on a cold winter night. Scent throw is also perfect - you can smell it in the room and it’s pleasant, not overwhelming.

Dear All,
I love the scent of the candle Bastu ....
Are you maybe intending on creating a perfum scent or maybe a body spray of this scent .... it just makes you clam down ....
